Individual commitments to a common goal is crucial teamwork. One can witness the importance right away while watching sports like football, basketball, soccer, etc. Or how about watching an orchestra play a Mozart masterpiece to have the very end take a dramatic turn where just 1 instrument that played 1 bar too many? The 1 musician that may have not committed to practicing  just took away all the hard work and dedication by the other 100+ members. BHW sees all of the individual elements equally as important. From the very beginning when the client calls in for an intake to the moment they graduate, each step that the client takes on the BHW soil requires a dedicated individual that is committed to singing that one voice for our client.
