“It’s the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.” – John Wooden
At the start of each season, Coach Wooden would focus on the little details, as a foundation for the big things in life, starting with putting on your socks correctly. He would literally show it step by step so that blisters can be avoided at all costs. May be a little thing but did you know that he still holds the record for winning 10 NCAA national basketball championships? I think Coach has a point here. That’s why we at BHW take every minute of our training so seriously before we meet and work with our clients! From the classroom training, to getting the proper certifications, we take every step, no matter how small, very seriously so our BHWers can provide the best quality!
